Search inside attached documents

Whether or not general search includes text present inside attached documents (e.g. text present in PDFs without OCR)

I think this would be "PDF => Content indexed in search". Let us know if your suggestion is different in any way from this.

You are right, it is present but has incorrect evaluations (listing Joplin and Obsidian as positive) which is why I thought you meant if the file name had been indexed or not.

That's true, we are aware of that error and we have clarified the feature description. When we get to reviewing all apps affected by this, we will remedy the false positives :D
