Include advanced backlinks as a feature

These would be the Roam-like set of features that allow for filtering backlinks from a note by tags, other links, by whether an item is a task, and so on. I haven't looked at it in much detail myself, but this is definitely an area in which Roam is leading, and I'm sure a bunch of "Backlinks => *" subfeatures would spring from this.
